Salicylate-Free Roast Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:
1. 6 chicken drumsticks
2. Sea-salt or Himalayan rock salt
----------------------------------------------------

1. Preheat oven at 230C.

2. Apply salt all over drumsticks.

3. Line baking tray with baking foil/paper.

4. Place drumsticks on tray and bake for about 15 minutes. 

5. Turn drumsticks and continue for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Serve with hot rice.
