Salicylate-Free Hash Brown

I am hungry just by typing this post! *drool*

Ingredients:

1. 1kg of old potatoes

2. 1 1/2 teaspoons of sea-salt (you can add extra if you want the hash brown to be more tasty)

3. 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

4. 1 cup of sunflower oil

5. 3 large eggs.

----------------------------------------

1. Wash and peel the potatoes.

2. Grate the potatoes.

3. Drain off any excess moisture from the potatoes.

4. Add the all-purpose flour, eggs and salt to the grated potatoes and mix well.

5. Heat the wok and pour the sunflower oil into the wok when it is HOT!

6. Drop tablespoon sizes into the boiling oil. (*BE VERY CAREFUL OF BOILING OIL!)

7. Scoop up the hash browns by using a a drainer scoop.

8. Place them on paper towels to drain of excess oil.

9. Allow to cool. Eat them while they are still warm and enjoy the crispy sensation!

Bon appétit!
